5. Backtester Veto — Judge's historical data says this setup underperforms under current conditions? Blocked.
6. Confidence Minimum — Team confidence is LOW? Blocked. Only MEDIUM and HIGH signals post.
7. 4H Trend Veto — Signal direction conflicts with the higher-timeframe trend (4H EMA9/EMA21 + RSI)? Blocked or downgraded.
8. Minimum Consensus — Fewer than 4/7 agents agree on direction? Blocked. (3/7 applies only to the /find auto-scan.)
9. Trend-Chasing Filter — Last 3 candles running in your direction? You're chasing, not predicting. Hard blocked.
10. Price-Drift Check — Cached signal but price moved >1% against direction since entry? Stale signal, blocked.
11. Funding Rate Crowding — Extreme funding rate means the market is overleveraged. Longs blocked when funding is extreme positive, shorts blocked when extreme negative.
12. Open Interest Divergence — OI spiking >10% while price is flat? Positions being built for a liquidation trap. Blocked.
13. Fear & Greed Extreme — Extreme Greed + LONG? Capped. Extreme Fear + LONG? Boosted as a contrarian play.
14. Multi-TF Entry Validation — Checks 1h and 4h timeframes for overextension and proximity to support/resistance. Price ran 5%+ on 4h? You're chasing — hard blocked. Near a key resistance level going LONG? Soft blocked.
